Job summary

UW Medicine Ambulatory Division in Seattle seeks a Project Manager to lead and coordinate high-priority operations projects across facilities, IT, and finance. This 100% FTE role offers hybrid work with some remote capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, healthcare administration or related field.
• At least 7 years of demonstrated success in Project Management and overseeing multiple projects.
• Ability to influence leaders and teams to adopt new processes.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with project tools: charters, project plans, RAID logs, RACI, MS Office and SharePoint.
• Equally capable of coordinating cross-functional teams including IT, Facilities and Finance.

The Project Manager, Ambulatory Medicine Division will serve as a critical resource in supporting, managing and driving hospital operations projects and initiatives.
