Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.
• 15+ years of progressive experience delivering alternative delivery projects.
• Experience leading pre-award and post-award project execution.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients, partners, senior leadership, and internal stakeholders.
• Support business development and account management via contractor relationships and opportunity identification.

Responsibilities

• Lead an alternative delivery project from teaming and procurement through execution and closeout.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across multidisciplinary teams.
• Support business development, capture activities, and pursuit planning with teaming and proposals.
• Serve as senior point of coordination with clients, subconsultants, and internal teams.
• Develop and monitor project management plans, work plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Lead project phase transitions and closeout activities to maintain continuity and quality.
• Lead lessons learned and contribute to process improvement for tools and SOPs.
• Engage with industry organizations and contribute to regional initiatives.
