Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.
• 15+ years of progressive experience delivering alternative delivery projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients, partners, and leadership.
• Strong command of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage an alternative delivery project through teaming, pre-award, post-award, and closeout.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk with project teams.
• Support business development and capture activities, including teaming, pursuit planning, proposal and fee development.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and delivery reviews to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Develop and monitor PM plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers; implement corrective actions.
• Lead lessons learned and contribute to improving delivery tools and SOPs.
