Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and PE registration required.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in alternative delivery projects.
• Proven ability to lead pre-award and post-award execution.
• Strong leadership, client engagement, and senior stakeholder communication.
• Capable of business development and regional pipeline coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex alternative delivery projects from teaming to closeout.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk with multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead pre-award and post-award activities and ensure delivery alignment.
• Support business development, pursuit planning, and client relationships.
• Provide executive oversight and maintain contractor/partner alignment.
• Develop and monitor PM plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Contribute to regional pipeline planning and strategic growth initiatives.
• Promote safe, compliant, and high-quality project delivery.
