Job summary

Precision Power Solutions (PPS), a division of EnerSys, seeks a Project Manager to lead engineering and production programs from initiation to delivery, aligning with cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Business, 5+ years in engineering or program management, strong leadership, and clear communication with executives and teams. ITAR considerations apply to eligible positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering, Program/Project Management, Government Contract Administration, or related field.
• Ability to plan, execute, monitor, and control programs to meet financial, delivery, schedule, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Manage changes to scope, cost, schedule, resources, and program performance using established project management processes.
• Coordinate priorities and balance short-term execution with long-term program objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and cultivate a collaborative, team-based culture.
• Clearly communicate program status, risks, issues, and recommendations to executives, customers, and stakeholders.
• Establish effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Analyze complex requirements, identify issues, and develop practical win-win solutions.
• Mediate conflicts and facilitate productive meetings and issue-resolution sessions.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate program risks.
• Prioritize competing demands, coordinate resources, and meet deadlines.
• Document lessons learned and support performance reviews.
• Contribute to business development activities.
