Job summary

ADG Blatt, a leading AEC firm, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Program Management team in Oklahoma City. You will guide projects from planning and due diligence through design, construction, and closeout, coordinating owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.

The role emphasizes leadership, risk and budget management, and delivering high-quality project outcomes while mentoring junior staff and maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum ten years of progressively responsible AEC industry experience, including senior-level project or program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through design, construction, and closeout.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities, communication protocols, and decision-making processes.
• Mentor and develop professionals and promote continuous improvement within the team.
• Represent the firm professionally with clients and project partners.
