Job summary

Airswift is partnering with a leading EPC/EPCM and construction organization to identify an experienced Project Manager for large-scale Advanced Technology Facilities projects across North America. You will lead the successful delivery of complex ATF projects, overseeing all phases from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of PM/CM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in coordinating CSA, MEP,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management or Construction Management experience.
• Experience delivering complex construction projects in Semiconductor, Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mission Critical environments.
• GC experience preferred; trade contractor experience also considered.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, forecasting, procurement, subcontractor management, and construction execution.
• Experience coordinating CSA, MEP, commissioning, and turnover.
• Proven ability to manage project risks, changes, stakeholders, and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex Advanced Technology Facility (ATF) projects across North America.
• Oversee all phases of execution from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
• Manage project planning, schedule and cost performance, procurement, subcontractor management, and construction execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure safety and commercial outcomes.
• Coordinate CSA, MEP, commissioning, and turnover activities.
• Mitigate project risks, changes, and stakeholder management and communications.
