Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of Advanced Distribution Management System projects within the client’s territory.

You will own scope, schedule, budget, and risk, guiding cross-functional teams and coordinating vendors and subcontractors to meet milestones. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in utility project management, PMP certification, and proven ability to manage large OT programs, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience in the utility domain.
• Experience leading large-scale OT projects in electric or gas utilities.
• knowledgeable in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
• Excellent organizational, decision making and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication across C-Level to technical teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Experience implementing large ADMS programs; vendor-side preferred.
• PMP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to completion within scope, cost, schedule, and risks.
• Develop contractual Statements of Work with Client and Suppliers.
• Strategize to increase project margins.
• Lead the project core team and assign work across teams.
• Represent TRC to align client and company interests.
• Manage Vendors and subcontractors and ensure vendor relations.
• Develop workflow plans from request through production and migration.
• Plan, track schedules and budgets for controlled progress.
• Maintain risk assessments and mitigation actions.
• Provide progress updates to stakeholders and Steering Committee.
• Lead senior executive-level project meetings.
