Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Advanced Distribution Management System deployments within the client’s territory. You will own the project lifecycle, assemble and manage delivery teams, and coordinate vendors and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with experience in OT/Real-Time systems and ADMS programs. Travel up to 50% may be required as projects dictate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience in the utility domain.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise OT projects in electric or gas utilities.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and communications at all levels.
• Ability to travel up to 50% or as needed to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project(s) to completion with scope, cost, schedule, and risk ownership.
• Develop SOWs with clients and suppliers articulating responsibilities.
• Strategize to improve project margins and lead cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and internal resources to meet deadlines.
• Represent TRC to align client and company interests for project success.
• Lead core team meetings and present progress to senior executives.
