Equans is looking for a Senior Project Manager (PFI Hand Back) to join our team on the Central & Southwest business unit on a 24 month fixed term contract basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, car allowance and benefits package. As a Senior Project Manager, you will develop, track, and evaluate programmes to help achieve goals and objectives of the Central & Southwest business unit with regards to Centre of Best Practice PFI Handback. The role will require oversight of a Programme of Projects/Remedial Works/Defect Rectification Works relating to the Handback of PFI assets when they come to the end of the concession period.
