Salary: $115,000-140,000 DOE

As a Senior Project Manager at Verogy, you will play a critical leadership role in driving the successful execution of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Utility-Scale solar projects from early-stage development through engineering, procurement, construction, and final commissioning. You will lead high-value, complex projects while mentoring junior project managers and optimizing project delivery strategies.
Your expertise in budgeting, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory compliance will be essential in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with Verogy's clean energy goals.
This role is based in West Hartford, CT, with a hybrid work model combining remote work and in-office collaboration. Candidates should expect to work in-office at least two days a week for meetings and team engagement. The first 3-6 months may require higher on-site presence for training.
