Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of hyperscale data center projects — from preconstruction planning through commissioning and closeout
Manage field operations, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and overall site execution
Oversee schedule adherence, cost control, and contract compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, reporting, and expectations management
Coordinate closely with design teams, consultants, and internal departments to maintain project alignment
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
Drive seamless execution through all phases of construction, including testing, commissioning, and final turnover

Candidate Requirements

6+ years of commercial construction experience, including 3+ years managing ground-up Hyperscale data center
Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, fast-track builds with multiple stakeholders
Strong command of scheduling, budget management, contracts, and field coordination
Proficiency with construction platforms such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
Willingness to travel across Virginia as required for site oversight
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
