MissionXI are searching for a Senior Project Manager to join one of America's biggest electrical contractors based in Richmond, VA. Our client has recently undergone an acquisition, and their project pipeline is more exciting than ever. They are searching top talent in Project Management to spearhead local data center and mission critical projects.

Job Description:

Champion a culture of safety while ensuring all company, client, and project policies are met.
Develop accurate estimates and project proposals. Set clear budgets, timelines, and resource plans to drive results from start to finish.
Oversee project execution—ensuring we meet design, budget, and schedule targets. Coordinate team members, subcontractors, and vendors to keep everything running smoothly.
Communicate proactively with customers at every stage to ensure expectations are clear, met, and exceeded.
Lead efforts around early billing and consistent collections. Make regular site visits to monitor progress, solve issues, and keep momentum strong.
Foster strong, lasting relationships with both clients and internal teams. You’ll be a key part of maintaining our reputation for quality and integrity.
Work closely with leadership to forecast labor and material needs. Adjust financial strategies as needed to keep projects on track.

Requirements:

Strong experience in Construction Project Management
Proven experience with data center electrical distribution, cabling, and white space fit-outs
Skilled in executing retrofits within live, operational environments and coordinating across critical facility systems
Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and a fast learner when it comes to new platforms or tools
Performs well under pressure and meets tight deadlines with composure
Dedicated to ongoing growth in communication, organization, and leadership
Effective at scheduling, prioritizing, and delegating tasks to ensure timely completion
Strong problem-solving skills with a diplomatic approach to conflict resolution
