Our client is actively seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to act as an Owner’s Representative on a high-profile hyperscale data center project.

This is a W-2 temporary contract role offering hands-on involvement in owner-side construction oversight, coordination, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the owner during all construction phases, ensuring compliance with design and schedule
Coordinate between contractors, architects, engineers, and commissioning teams
Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Track progress, costs, risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery aligned with client expectations

Required Qualifications

7+ years construction/project management experience, preferably in hyperscale or mission-critical environments
Proven track record as an Owner’s Rep or client-side project manager
Familiarity with MEP systems and data center construction requirements
Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar software
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
W-2 temporary contract through our staffing partner
Competitive hourly rate: based on experience
Duration: 12–18 months with possible extension
