Job summary

Blayze Group in Dallas, TX seeks a hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors and client relationships on projects typically ranging from $1M to $20M, with strong access to senior leadership.

The role demands 8+ years of PM experience with a commercial GC, a related bachelor's degree, and proficiency in MS Project, Excel and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial General Contractor.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is mandatory.
• Strong background in commercial interiors, tenant improvements, renovations and/or ground-up construction.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong financial management, scheduling and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee projects typically ranging from $1M to $20M.
• Deliver commercial interiors, tenant improvements, renovations and ground-up projects.
• Take full ownership of project budgets, schedules, forecasting and financial performance.
• Manage subcontractor buyout, contracts, RFIs, submittals, pay applications and closeout.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors and consultants.
• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall project success.
