Purpose Statement

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, to manage and deliver projects. You will maintain and deliver a variety of projects and build strong relationships with clients. In this role, you will be fully accountable for financial management, management and delivery of scope, timeline, and quality. You will orchestrate a broad range of metrics to attain Key Performance Indicators, proactively managing risks and issues, including recovery efforts and resolving escalations across projects. We are looking for a passionate and driven person, who is excited to grow our business whilst being part of a great, high-achieving team.

Position Overview

This role will report directly to the D365 Practice Lead and will have no direct reports. While the position has no direct reports, the person who takes up this role will be expected to support and mentor the wider Project Management team.

Applicants must be based within North America. This role is mostly remote with expected travel.

Main Responsibilities

1. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, to quality, scope, and budget.
2. Develop Projects Scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring deliverables are feasible and achievable.
3. Responsible for resource planning and allocation; delegate tasks based on resources strengths, skill sets, and experience.
4. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
5. Track and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
6. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
7. Regularly meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements.
8. Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for client inquiries and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Adhere to internal governance and project methodologies.
10. Manage project change and ensure change requests are approved by clients before work commences.
11. Carry out additional reasonable duties as may occur from time to time as instructed by your manager or members of senior management.

13. Interact with a wide variety of colleagues, customers, and stakeholders at all levels with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.
14. Produce and deliver executive-level presentations throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Experience:

Required:

1. Proven track record of successfully delivering ERP projects with experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple geographies.
2. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
3. Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
4. Proactive approach to identifying, mitigating, and resolving project risks and challenges.
5. Experience in managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and resource allocation.
6. Knowledge of business processes across finance, supply chain, and operations.

Desired:

1. Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
2. Ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions.
3. Strong understanding of the full Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
4. Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior project managers or consultants.

Travel
