Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a traveling role on a growing data center portfolio with a leading ENR-ranked, employee-owned national GC. You will lead project execution, owning schedule, budget, profitability, quality, and risk, while coordinating with owners, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.

You will oversee financial forecasting and commercial performance, mentor project teams, and drive accountability to maintain client satisfaction and project success on

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience, including data center / mission-critical.
• Experience with a large General Contractor delivering complex, large-scale projects.
• Experience leading project teams and senior-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of MEP, structural, and civil construction.
• Demonstrated ownership of project financials, schedules, and client relationships.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
