Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a traveling role with an initial project in Minneapolis, MN. You will own delivery, driving schedule, budget, quality, subcontractor performance, and client relationships from preconstruction through closeout.

As a national ENR-ranked, employee-owned GC with data center experience, you will coordinate field and preconstruction teams, manage risk, and build strong client partnerships on a major data center program.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of construction experience, including significant data center / mission-critical experience.
• Experience with a large General Contractor delivering complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, structural, and civil construction.
• Proven ability to manage project financials, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
