We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex geotechnical and ground improvement projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. This individual will oversee projects from contract award through completion, ensuring safe execution, financial performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Working within a collaborative design-build environment, you will partner with engineering, estimating, operations, and business development teams to deliver innovative foundation and ground improvement solutions for infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple geotechnical construction and ground improvement projects simultaneously, from pre-construction through closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, procurement activities, and resource planning.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements.
• Drive a strong safety culture by promoting compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and project-specific safety plans.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, field operations, superintendents, and subcontractors to optimize project execution.
• Review project designs, geotechnical reports, construction documents, specifications, and change orders.
• Monitor project financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, billing, and margin management.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and profitability.
• Lead client meetings, progress reviews, and project reporting.
• Support contract administration, claims management, and resolution of commercial issues.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field personnel.
• Collaborate with business development teams by supporting client presentations, technical discussions, and proposal efforts.
