Job summary

FINN Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a remote-first role with optional hybrid work depending on location. You will lead cross-functional, complex projects, create detailed project plans, and ensure delivery on time and budget while managing client expectations and collaborating with the Account team and capability leaders.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of agency-side project management experience and proficiency with project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4-6 years of project management experience in an agency setting or equivalent.
• Experience with project management systems (Kantata, Workfront or similar).

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage a portfolio of projects.
• Create detailed project plans, manage schedules and budgets, navigate adjustments.
• Act as communication hub for project team, partners, vendors, and clients.
• Set and manage expectations for team and client.
• Achieve goals through negotiation, motivation, problem-solving, and feedback.
• Motivate and guide as needed to ensure high-quality work.
• Set up and maintain project using Kantata or Workfront.
• Ensure the quality of the information/communication.
• Coordinate approvals and finalization process for timely, error-free work.
• Champion FINN goals, systems, and policies within the team.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.This is a remote role with the option to work hybrid depending on your location.

The Senior Project Manager will lead the execution of cross-functional, complex projects. You'll create detailed project plans and ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and up to high standards. As a key player, you'll manage client expectations, gather feedback, and collaborate closely with the Account team and other capability leaders to ensure the success of each project.

Qualifications:

• Project management system experience is required.

Compensation is based on experience and depending upon workplace location.

Anticipated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
