Job summary

Nenni and Associates seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple large-scale construction projects from planning through completion, driving strategy, milestones, budgets, and safety and quality goals through to delivery.

This leader will mentor project managers, coordinate with executives and field teams, monitor risks, enforce contract compliance, and adjust plans as priorities and funding evolve, ensuring programs stay aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant project management experience, ideally within construction or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting and scheduling.
• Understanding of risk management and contract compliance.

Key Requirements:
