The Senior Project Manager supervises a Production and Logistics Specialist, provides direction, delegates tasks, and drives timely completion of complex initiatives while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in project management or related field.

Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead custom retail display and kiosk projects from concept through production and delivery.

This role serves as a key connection between our clients, Account Executives, and internal project teams. The Senior Project Manager oversees project scope, schedules, budgets, and priorities while providing the direction needed to keep complex projects moving forward.

In addition to project leadership, each Senior Project Manager directly supervises an assigned Production and Logistics Specialist and is responsible for providing direction, delegating work, supporting development, and completing supervisory responsibilities in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review client objectives and project requirements to establish scope, timelines, budgets, priorities, and responsibilities.
  • Lead project activities from concept through completion, keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality expectations.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects with varying schedules and levels of complexity.
  • Develop and communicate clear scopes of work.
  • Support Account Executives with sales strategy by providing project knowledge, technical information, cost considerations, and recommendations.
  • Maintain communication with clients, vendors, Account Executives, and internal teams throughout the project.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve project issues as they arise.
  • Review project costs, budgets, and margins and recommend adjustments when needed.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings to support project planning and execution.
  • Define instruction sheet requirements, take necessary product or process photos, and develop clear instructional copy.
  • Travel occasionally to client locations, assembly facilities, vendors, printers, and other work sites. This may include assisting Account Executives with client meetings and presentations.
  • Directly supervise an assigned Production and Logistics Specialist, providing clear expectations, direction, support, and accountability.
  • Delegate project responsibilities and tasks appropriately based on workload, priorities, deadlines, and development opportunities.
  • Participate in the continued development and improvement of departmental processes and procedures.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of project budgets, costs, margins, and estimating.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings; mechanical aptitude is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, delegate, coach, provide constructive feedback, and hold others accountable.
  • Ability to address project or personnel challenges in a timely, professional, and solutions-focused manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other business software.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or Operations
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management or related experience.
