Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the design process (bids, scheduling, production and delivery) from concept through completion. The Project Manager will develop project plans, including schedules, milestones, and tasks. Coordinate with the design team to manage workload for multiple projects. Monitor and report on project status to ensure that deadlines are met. This person will also be flexible to adjust to client requirements and shifting priorities.

The Project Manager is an advocate for our clients. This person will be the liaison between the client and the design team, and help maintain great working relationships. Project Managers will also require an imaginative flair, and awareness of current fashions in the visual arts, working knowledge of the latest computer packages and an understanding of material costs and time limits, all of which can impact the design project.

The main activities of the Designer are:

• meeting clients to discuss their project requirements;
  
• interpreting the client's business requirements and goals;
  
• developing project plans by gathering information and data to clarify design issues;
  
• thinking creatively to produce new ideas;
  
• using innovation to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time, and
• priority;multi-tasking: manage a variety of projects;
  
• report daily on the status of all projects;
  
• producing accurate and high quality work;
  
• contributing ideas;
  
• keeping abreast of developments in design, print, and best practices.
  
• working well in a team, with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers,
• account executives, website programmers and marketing specialists;
  
• Assisting with proofing prior to release to client or vendors.
  
• working to meet tight deadlines;
  
• reporting to the Creative Director;

Project Managers are expected to be proactive in presenting their ideas and designs to our clients. All team members should maintain their sense of creativity by engaging in activities that will engage their hearts and minds, in order to keep the creative reservoir filled.
