Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex telecom infrastructure projects across the United States. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget, and uphold safety and quality standards on job sites.

You will drive planning, risk management, client communications, and contract oversight while delivering high-impact fiber, wireless, and network upgrade programs. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted.
• Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of major initiatives—including fiber optic deployments, wireless infrastructure builds, and large‑scale network upgrades. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and budget, and in alignment with the industry's highest quality and safety standards. In this senior‑level capacity, you will provide strategic direction, lead cross‑functional teams, optimize operational performance, and contribute to a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Working Conditions

• Travel up to 30% of the time across the United States and to the hub in Florence, KY.
