CMC Senior Project Manager (Fully Remote Job)

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

Terms: Contract W2

Duration: 12 Months Contract (with potential for extension)

Description:

Seeking a CMC Project Manager with Process Development experience (Biologics, Large Molecules, Synthetics, Small Molecules, Peptides, Biosimilars).

***Remote - preferably PST timezone.

Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of biotech/pharma experience. Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Planisware. CMC experience is a plus. Focus on timeline and resource management.

The Sr. PM will oversee cross-functional teams within Process Development across modalities (Biologics and Synthetics), partnering with technical leads to identify key deliverables, ensure alignment, and execute plans.

Responsibilities include proactively managing plans to meet deliverables, understanding clinical development strategies, and drafting timeline scenarios to inform project decisions.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree with 6+ years of project management experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years.
