Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple large-scale healthcare construction projects in Texas. You will oversee project planning, financial performance, risk management, client relationships, and mentor project teams to ensure safety, on-schedule delivery, and adherence to Kelley Construction’s standards.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in healthcare construction, experience with project spend of at least $25M, and proficiency in Procore and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial healthcare construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large/complex commercial construction projects (project spend minimum 25 mil).
• Proven leadership experience overseeing PMs, APMs, and project teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial management skills.
• Proficient with Procore.
• Experience with project scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred).
• Subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and buyout experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with GMP proposals and preconstruction.
• Design-build project experience.
