Job summary

Foster Lawson, a well-established General Contractor in the San Francisco Bay Area, is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead tenant improvement projects from award to handover. You will oversee multiple concurrent builds, ensuring on-time delivery and quality across client spaces.

You will also help grow the business by developing agency and client relationships and leading pursuits, reporting to senior leadership and shaping regional growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience with a reputable General Contractor.
• Experience in tenant improvement and commercial interiors projects is highly preferred.
• Strong command of budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination and owner/architect communication.

The Role

This is a senior leadership role with two equal priorities. You'll oversee successful delivery across multiple projects, and you'll drive business development by building agency and client relationships and leading pursuits. You'll report to senior leadership and help shape the company’s regional growth strategy.
