Job summary

Ignite Digital is seeking an experienced project manager in San Diego to lead full-lifecycle, multi-year enterprise network and systems development efforts for federal government projects. You will own requirements, schedules, risk tracking and cross-functional coordination with engineering and security teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cost estimation, and rigorous change control to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, multi-year enterprise projects.
• Experience with government contracting is a plus.
• Ability to extract and analyze data from complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle project management for high-visibility, multi-year enterprise network and systems development efforts.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, tracking progress and dependencies.
• Extract, consolidate, and analyze technical, programmatic, and financial data.
• Develop cost estimate assessments and level-of-effort estimates with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate technical interchange meetings, reviews and track action items.
• Support configuration control, change management, and baseline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle project management for high-visibility, multi-year enterprise network and systems development efforts, from requirements gathering and validation through operational test, acceptance, and sustainment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, tracking progress, managing risk, and documenting dependencies across enterprise goals.
• Extract, consolidate, and analyze technical, programmatic, and financial data to track the status of current and forthcoming projects.
• Develop cost estimate assessments and level-of-effort estimates in coordination with engineering, security, and production teams.
• Facilitate and document technical interchange meetings, working groups, production reviews, and in-process/design reviews; track action items and cost/schedule/performance impacts.
• Support production configuration control, change management (RFC) validation, and baseline management.

Salary:

145k+
