Centurion Selection, LLC represents an established General Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily construction projects in St. Petersburg, FL.

You will oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, managing budgets, schedules, and field teams. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of PM experience in multifamily and proven leadership, financial management, and communication skills.

• 7+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily projects.
• Experience with concrete, post-tensioned structures and/or podium construction.
• Strong leadership, financial management and communication skills.
• Previous experience with a General Contractor.
