Job summary

SLS Consultants is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex real estate and construction projects from conception to completion, partnering with top data center, pharmaceutical, and healthcare developers.

The ideal candidate will manage progress, contracts, budgets, and on-site activities while ensuring high‑quality, cost-effective solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Data center, semiconductor or healthcare project experience preferred.
• Proficient in project management, project accounting, and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Become an extension of the client, managing and reporting on project progress, advocating for their best interests, and keeping them informed every step of the way.
• Review and negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and ensure projects adhere to strict compliance standards.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, collaborate effectively with contractors and subcontractors.
• Maintain a tight schedule, identify and mitigate potential risks, and keep the project on track for a smooth completion.
• Analyze budgets, manage project costs, and diligently track expenses.
• Ensure construction quality and oversee the procurement and installation of furniture, equipment, and fixtures.
