Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center projects from concept through commissioning and turnover. You will oversee project strategy, cost, schedule, risk, technical execution, and client relationships for MW-scale deployments.

The role requires 15+ years of construction mgmt, 8+ years in data center projects, and strong knowledge of MEP, commissioning, and critical path scheduling. PMP/ CCM preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction management experience.
• 8+ years in mission-critical/data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, redundancy, and critical path scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data center projects, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety goals are met.
• Manage PM teams, Superintendents, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
• Oversee cost planning, GMP, cash flow, procurement, buyout, and cost controls.
• Lead commissioning strategy, L1–L5 execution, IST readiness, and project turnover.
• Coordinate MEP systems, BMS/EPMS integration, critical equipment, and phased energization.
• Manage long-lead equipment procurement including UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, and cooling systems.
• Partner with CxA, AE, utilities, AHJs, and clients throughout project delivery.
• Drive project readiness, safety, operational procedures, and successful turnover.

• Knowledge of TIA-942, Uptime Tier methodology, and ASHRAE TC 9.9 preferred.
• PMP, CCM, or commissioning credentials preferred.
