Ideal candidates have 8–11 years of experience in hospitality interiors, strong budgets and schedules management, and fluency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. On-site collaboration and leadership are essential.

Designs that include rustic colours, moody interiors, contemporary design to bright and sophisticated interiors.This studio is seeking a **Senior Project Manager with 8-11 years’ experience within Hospitality Interiors**.**The right candidate will be**• Mature and able to take ownership over projects confidently • A well rounded interior designer with strong project management and delivery experience • Experienced in managing hospitality projects from concept through to installation • Confident managing clients, consultants, vendors and contractors throughout the project • Strong understanding of FF&E, finishes, millwork and the technical side of interior design • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • A confident communicator with a proactive and go getter mentality • Experienced in managing project budgets, programmes, schedules and deliverables • Strong technical drawing and documentation knowledge • Experience using AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp**Responsibilities include:**• Taking ownership of luxury hospitality projects from concept through to installation • Managing project timelines, budgets, schedules and key deliverables • Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal design teams • Working closely with senior designers and Principals to ensure the design vision is delivered successfully • Overseeing design development, documentation and project packages • Reviewing drawings, specifications, FF&E selections, material palettes and schedules • Coordinating custom furniture, millwork and bespoke design elements through to production and installation • Managing client presentations, meetings and project updates • Attending showroom visits, vendor appointments, site visits and installations • Identifying and resolving project issues while keeping projects on programme and within budget • Managing communication between the design team and external project teams • Supporting procurement, fabrication and installation throughout the project • Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and seeing them through to completion • Bringing creative ideas, strong organisation and practical design solutions to the studio**Why join?**This studio is frequently in the press and has recently been nominated for one of their hospitality projects.
