Job summary

Rhythm Careers in New York is seeking an Intermediate Designer to join our hospitality interiors team. You will support the design process from concept through installation, developing concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and producing furniture plans, elevations and detailing drawings.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of hospitality interior experience with a strong FF&E eye and a portfolio demonstrating DD sets, bespoke pieces, 3D renders, and high-quality graphics.

Responsibilities

• Support design of luxury hospitality projects from concept through installation.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, presentations and material palettes.
• Produce furniture plans, layouts, elevations and detailing drawings.
• Research and source furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes and artwork.
• Contribute to bespoke design pieces and collaborative development with senior designers.
• Prepare client presentations and design packages; attend showroom visits and site visits.
