The Senior Project Manager of Store Planning and Construction is responsible for the planning and construction of Ferragamo stores in North America, including, but not limited to, Flagships, Outlet, Wholesale and Shop-in-Shop. The Project Manager works closely with corporate HQ in Italy and regional teams to ensure the correct development of all project aspects, with direct control and responsibility of Schedules, Budgets, Cost Reporting, Procurement, Logistic and Management of field construction throughout the entire process until the store handover. The role is also responsible to establish “best practices” to achieve the highest design quality, while working within approved budgets and prescribed schedules.
