Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• PMP and/or Agile certification required.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong client-facing experience with a focus on partnership and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior Project Managers in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage scope, risks, issues, and change orders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and revenue forecasts; proactively identify and upscale revenue impacts.
• Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings, providing clear, confident, and data-driven status updates.
• Mentor and coach junior Project Managers, reinforcing delivery standards and consulting best practices.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will oversee multiple concurrent digital projects in a consulting environment, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted client partner, guiding execution across cross-functional teams while keeping stakeholders aligned on scope, risks, schedules, and financial outcomes. This position also plays a key role in driving transparent communication, mentoring junior project managers, and supporting disciplined delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects in a consulting or client-facing environment, delivering on time, within scope, and within budget
