Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for multifamily construction projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will oversee large-scale programs, manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in construction or related field and 7 years of PM experience on multifamily sites, with proficiency in Primavera, Procore, Timberscan, Excel, and P6. OSHA 30 preferred; LEED a plus.

• 4-year degree in construction related curriculum or equivalent.
• 7 years’ experience as Project Manager on large Multifamily projects.
• Ability to read and interpret contract docs, drawings, specs and schedule.
• Competent in PC-based scheduling and spreadsheets; Procore/Primavera experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred; LEED background a plus.

Qualifications/ Required Experience

• Preferred 4-year degree in an accredited construction related curriculum, (BSCE, BSCM, BSAE, etc.) or experience equivalent to a 4-year degree.
• 7 years’ experience as Project Manager overseeing large projects specifically Multifamily
• Demonstrated competency in: scheduling, procurement, budget/cost control, financial reporting, client relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills, ability to communicate, both written and oral, leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Competent in PC-based scheduling and spreadsheet applications (i.e Primavera, Procore, Timberscan, Excel, Word, P6 etc.)
• OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• LEED background a plus
