Job summary

PCN (PC Network Inc.) seeks a program leader to drive AI initiatives across business and IT, developing an AI roadmap, governance, and operating model to sustain AI capabilities.

You will coordinate between business units and IT, provide strategic guidance on platforms and vendors, and oversee a portfolio of AI projects aligned with organizational goals. Strong experience in ITIL4, change management, and AI integration is required; proficiency with Office 365 is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in information technology and project management.
• 10+ years of consulting/oversight for business-process change management with new technologies.
• Proven track record with ITIL4, Prosci ADKAR, or Agile Change Management methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience integrating AI solutions into business and IT environments.
• Office 365 suite proficiency (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Job description

• Provide program-level leadership for incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications and solutions into organizational areas of business and IT operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of an AI roadmap, strategic AI initiatives, and general AI program management.
• Provide AI strategic management for the implementation of selected AI solutions within the business and IT organizations.
• Assist in defining the long-term AI operating model, including organizational roles, responsibilities, governance structures, and processes necessary to sustain AI capabilities.
• Facilitate collaboration between business units and Information Technology to ensure successful implementation of AI initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance regarding AI technology platforms, vendor evaluations, procurement activities, and implementation approaches. This position will work in collaboration with the TIM team.
• Recommend workforce development strategies, training plans, and operating models to support long-term AI capabilities within the Commission.
• Provide management oversight for a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic objectives.
• Develop an AI program strategy focused on aligning programs with organizational goals and perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide high-level project oversight to ensure projects contribute to broader objectives and facilitate communication between executives, teams, and partners.
• Assist in identifying and resolving current process bottlenecks and optimizing resource utilization.
• Ability to work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned.
• Carry out all work in adherence to the standards, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties.
• Perform tasks and other duties as assigned.

Desired Skillset

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in information technology, project management, and contract negotiations
• 10+ years of experience in providing consulting and oversight for business-process change management dealing with integration of new technologies into the business environment.
• Proven track record using ITIL4, the Prosci ADKAR model, or the Agile Change Management Methodology for change management implementation during prior engagements.
• 3+ years of experience in the integration of AI solutions in business and IT environments.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Certifications / Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems, or related fields.
• Project Management Professional, Six Sigma, ITIL4, and cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.
