Your role in our mission

• Lead medium-sized project management teams within larger technological programs.
• Contribute directly to projects, oversee staffing, and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Interface with clients and leadership, communicate project metrics, and recommend changes.
• Manage project quality, objectives, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Prepare detailed Statements of Work (SOW) and secure stakeholder approval.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years managing complex projects, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred.
• Experience handling sensitive data (e.g., PHI) and data analytics.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar methodology knowledge.
• Strong skills in budget control, project management software, and translating program goals into milestones.
• Leadership abilities to mentor junior staff and excellent communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguity.
