Position Overview
Albers is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate mechanical systems turnover and commissioning readiness on a large greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing project in Lebanon, Indiana. This field-based role maintains accurate, continuously updated tracking of all assigned PV and non-PV system completion across the full project lifecycle, from design and construction through Mechanical Completion, Commissioning and Qualification (C&Q), and handover to Client Operations.
The Senior Project Manager manages the turnover process that transitions systems from construction through C&Q and handover to operations. The role provides a single source of system readiness intelligence to support schedule integration, C&Q sequencing, operational readiness planning, and program governance reporting. All turnover packages and documentation must be accurate, complete, and compliant with project, regulatory, and GMP / GDP requirements.

Education and Experience
A degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline is required.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Lebanon, Indiana. The role requires regular work in active construction areas, including walking the site, climbing stairs, navigating uneven surfaces, accessing equipment areas, and wearing required personal protective equipment. Additional hours, early starts, evenings, or weekend support may be required during critical construction, shutdown, startup, or commissioning activities. Travel is not routinely required; any travel would be minimal and would follow the Client's travel guidelines. Essential functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Relocation to, or residence within practical commuting distance of, the project site is required. Ordinary commuting expenses are the employee’s responsibility.
