Tiello is partnered with a highly respected Owner's Representative firm in the St. Louis area, seeking a Senior Project Manager with 7-8+ years of proven experience to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will act as the owner's advocate, manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and consultant coordination while driving successful outcomes. In this role you will coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers and stakeholders, ensure quality and safety, and mentor junior PM

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years of experience managing commercial, government, or federal projects with a reputable General Contractor or Owner's Rep (experience)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred
• Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of large-scale development projects as the Owner's Representative
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and consultant coordination
• Oversee projects from pre-development through design, bidding, construction, closeout, and occupancy
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders
• Ensure quality, safety, and financial performance throughout all project phases
• Mentor and support junior project management staff

Position Overview

The firm is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager with 7-8+ years of proven experience to take ownership of projects and lead them from preconstruction through closeout. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
