MCL Construction in La Vista, NE seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the arena of our largest commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own budgets, forecasts, contracts, change orders, and overall cost control while partnering with superintendents to align field operations at scale.
You will mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers, drive value management and QA/QC, and represent MCL in pursuits and client relationships.
At MCL, we step into the arena together. Our core values guide how we show up every day, from how we lead and work together to how we serve our clients and communities.
At MCL, we step into the arena together. Our core values guide how we show up every day, from how we lead and work together to how we serve our clients and communities.
The Arena Mentality means putting those values into action: taking ownership, tackling challenges, supporting your team, speaking up, and bringing solutions to the table. As MCL grows, every employee has the opportunity to make an impact, influence our projects, and help shape what comes next.
You’re not just filling a role. You’re part of the team building what’s next. Lead the Biggest Work. Build the Next Generation.
You’ve built the résumé that earns you a seat at the table. We want to give you the table itself — MCL’s largest projects, and a direct hand in developing the PMs who’ll deliver them next.
MCL is growing, and so is the scope of this seat. You’ll lead the most demanding work in the portfolio, shape how other PMs are developed, and help set the standard for how MCL delivers at scale.
Take on a portfolio, not just a project. Build the leaders who come after you. Help shape what MCL becomes next.
Since 1987, MCL has built its reputation on quality work, lasting relationships, and people who take pride in doing things the right way.
