Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of experience to join our growing Aerospace Digital Services team. In this role, you will lead complex digital transformation initiatives for our clients, ensuring that business objectives are effectively translated into sustainable and value-driven technology solutions.

You will work closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, operational teams, and technical experts to define transformation roadmaps, optimize business processes, and ensure successful solution adoption. As a trusted advisor, you will help align business needs with technological capabilities while driving project governance, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement.

You will also lead multidisciplinary teams composed of Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Software Engineers, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Business Transformation Leadership

• Lead complex digital transformation initiatives supporting quality, manufacturing, engineering, and operational business functions.
• Drive the definition and execution of transformation strategies that improve operational performance, business efficiency, and solution adoption.

Requirements & Solution Delivery

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to understand challenges, define requirements, and transform business needs into actionable project roadmaps and solution delivery plans.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, operational processes, and technology solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, operational teams, technical experts, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead governance activities, steering committees, and project reviews to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, risks, and delivery objectives.

Business Process Optimization

• Analyze and improve end-to-end business processes across quality, manufacturing, and operational domains.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement to increase efficiency and sustainability.

Solution Strategy & Standardization

• Promote the adoption of scalable and sustainable enterprise solutions by leveraging industry best practices and standard capabilities.
• Support decision‑making by balancing business requirements, technical feasibility, operational constraints, and long-term maintainability.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and help resolve complex functional, operational, and technical challenges.

Program & Deployment Management

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale transformation programs and solution deployments.
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.

Risk, Quality & Performance Management

• Monitor project performance using defined KPIs and governance mechanisms.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact delivery, quality, budget, or schedule.

Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement

• Mentor project teams and contribute to the development of delivery best practices.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Solution Delivery, Manufacturing Systems, Quality Systems, or Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation programs in aerospace, manufacturing, industrial, transportation, or other complex regulated environments.
• Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary teams and engaging executive-level stakeholders.

Skills & Achievements

• Strong expertise in business process analysis, requirements management, and solution deployment.
• Extensive experience delivering complex projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Experience managing multi‑site and international project environments.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of digital solutions, enterprise applications, system integrations, data analytics, and operational technologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent certifications are considered an asset.
