We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team. Lead complex sitework projects and guide project teams from preconstruction through closeout. You will bring sound financial judgment, build strong client relationships, and help project managers deliver safe, high-quality work.

This role offers the opportunity to lead major projects, mentor project teams, and grow into broader project leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of earthwork, underground utilities, construction sequencing, and self-perform production.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project financials, contracts, negotiations, and client relationships.
• Degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 80% to project sites across the Southeast.
