Formación

• 8–12+ years of civil construction PM experience.
• Strong knowledge of earthwork and utilities.
• Ability to manage project financials, contracts and client relations.
• Degree in construction management or civil engineering preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Willingness to travel ~80% to project sites across the Southeast.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of large or multiple projects, aligning scope, budget, schedule, and staffing with field leadership.
• Review contracts, identify risks, and develop execution plans for earthwork, utilities, and related site improvements.
• Oversee cost forecasts, committed costs, billing, cash flow, and change management.
• Coordinate resource needs with operations, superintendents, procurement, and estimating.
• Lead client meetings and resolve scope, schedule, and performance issues.
• Mentor project managers and assistant project managers and strengthen project controls.
