Job summary

Firstrust Bank is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to support the EVP, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Technology Officer. The PM guides cross-functional initiatives, analyzes data, and provides insights to the COO in complex environments to ensure timely project completion.

• 10+ years of relevant business experience, with preference for background in management consulting, banking, or business operations.
• Excellent writing and communication skills to clearly articulate complex ideas and hold executive presence with senior leadership.
• Ability to build trust across organization and create accountability for delivery of high quality and timely results.

Responsibilities

• Track high priority initiatives for the COO, identifying and preemptively troubleshooting any potential or current obstacles.
• Communicate initiative status to the COO.
• Connect teams that are working on similar initiatives that require input from multiple areas within the organization, steering progress towards project objectives and timelines.
• Understand multiple perspectives in complex business scenarios, with a view to de-conflict challenges and succinctly communicate resolutions to leadership team.
• Monitor and address critical operational matters through data-driven analysis and clear framing of options, delivering thoughtful communication on such matters to the COO.
• Assist in development of annual operations planning and ongoing tracking of strategic goals, objectives and key results, and key performance indicators.

The Project Manager (PM) provides support and feedback to the EVP, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Technology Officer (COO). The PM collects and analyzes data, provides insights to the COO, and facilitates cross-functional initiatives at the direction of the COO. The PM operatesin complex environments,handling the oversight of projects that may not fit within the organizational chart or fall between departments or leaders’ areas of responsibility across the enterprise. The PM is a problem-solver who enthusiastically handles challenges and confidently guides diverse groups towards solutions and timely project completion by leveraging influence in an effective, meaningful fashion.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
