Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, quality and overall project performance.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors and internal project teams.
• Manage subcontractor buyout, scopes, contracts, change orders and project documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent communication throughout the project.
• Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining schedule, budget, safety and quality expectations.
• Work closely with field leadership to ensure projects are executed efficiently and safely.
• Participate in preconstruction, budgeting, estimating and project planning.
• Oversee projects ranging from approximately $1M to $50M+ in value.
• Manage projects from initial planning through construction, turnover and closeout.

The ideal candidate will bring 5-10+ years of commercial construction experience, strong project management capabilities, and proven success managing projects from preconstruction through completion. Strong acute care hospital experience is essential, particularly experience working within active healthcare environments.

About the Role

• Surgical areas
• ICU / critical care
• Inpatient and outpatient clinical areas
• Hospital renovations and expansions
• Other occupied healthcare environments
• Experience coordinating construction around patients, hospital staff and ongoing operations is highly valued.
