Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience leading complex projects.
  • Strong expertise in project financial management, contracts, scheduling, and construction operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, codes, and documentation processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of project delivery, including preconstruction, design coordination, procurement, construction, and closeout
  • Oversee budgets, cost projections, pay applications, change management, and financial reporting
  • Direct subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract execution
  • Partner with superintendents and preconstruction teams to develop schedules, sequencing plans, and project strategies
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design and construction challenges
  • Ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance across all project activities
  • Manage risk by proactively identifying issues and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Mentor and support Project Managers and project team members to strengthen overall performance
