Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Program Management or Technical Project Management.
• Proven success managing large-scale cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid).
• Experience with software engineering, infrastructure, data, UX, and product teams.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve delivery, reporting, risk management, and efficiency.
• Experience developing or managing AI agents and agentic workflows for PM activities.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Smartsheet.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs through full lifecycle from intake to post-implementation.

Pay Range: $60/hour to $73/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology programs with a strong focus on AI-enabled workflows and software delivery. This role will oversee multiple strategic initiatives across engineering, product, and business teams, ensuring successful execution, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces emerging AI technologies, and has a proven track record managing enterprise-scale programs from planning through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional programs through the full project lifecycle, including intake, planning, execution, delivery, and post-implementation review.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to develop strategic roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.
• Manage project dependencies, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation across multiple teams.
• Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards utilizing analytics and AI-assisted reporting tools.
• Drive Agile program delivery using Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies.
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint ceremonies, stakeholder reviews, and executive status updates.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions that increase operational efficiency.
• Support portfolio planning, quarterly roadmaps, OKRs, and organizational prioritization efforts.
• Monitor project health, proactively identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations effectively to both technical and executive audiences.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Program Management or Technical Project Management.
• Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience working closely with software engineering, infrastructure, data, UX, and product teams.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve project delivery, reporting, risk management, and operational efficiency.
• Experience developing or managing AI agents and agentic workflows that automate project management activities such as task creation, reporting, status tracking, and workflow execution.
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms including Jira and Smartsheet.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or similar project management certification.
• Experience supporting media, entertainment, digital content, or production organizations.
• Experience working with AI products, advanced analytics, or enterprise data platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
