Project Talent Partners is seeking a seasoned Healthcare & Advanced Facilities Construction Project Manager in Georgia to lead multiple high‑value projects in active, sterile environments. You will manage cross‑functional teams, mentor junior staff, safeguard budgets, and optimize schedules using Procore and Timberline/Destini, while navigating complex site constraints.

Experience in bidding, change orders, risk management, and strict adherence to safety and compliance is required; healthcare

Qualifications

• 8+ years of heavy commercial or technical construction project management experience.
• 3+ years in active, complex or sensitive environments (cleanrooms, labs, advanced facilities); healthcare experience ideal.
• Proven ability to lead multiple project teams and manage multi-million dollar projects.
• Financial acumen in bidding, buyouts, change orders and cost projections.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale multiple cross-functional project management teams across complex tech and advanced facility builds.
• Hire, mentor, and upskill Project Managers, Project Engineers, and technical staff into elite operational units.
• Own the P&L, ensure profitability and budget alignment.
• Develop risk-mitigation strategies to navigate supply chains and site variables.
• Oversee project engineering from preconstruction bidding to final closeout.
• Manage sensitive environments with strict containment and workflow protocols.

Healthcare & Advanced Facilities Construction

Who we are seeking:

• Experience: 8+ years of heavy commercial or technical construction project management experience under your belt.
• Specialist: You bring 3+ years of experience working in active, complex, or highly sensitive environments (such as cleanrooms, labs, or advanced facilities). Healthcare experience is IDEAL.
• Leadership: You have a proven track record of managing multiple project teams simultaneously and turning junior talent into top performers. You will be expected to manage multiple multi million dollar projects.
• Controlling: You have sharp financial acumen with deep experience in bidding, buyout strategies, change management, and cost projections.
• Tech: Proficient in advanced scheduling tools and Microsoft Office; direct experience with Procore and Timberline/Destini is highly desired.

Core Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Success: Lead and scale multiple cross-functional project management teams across complex tech and advanced facility builds.
• Build Champions: Hire, mentor, and upskill Project Managers, Project Engineers, and technical staff into elite operational units.

Financial & Risk Architecture

• Own the P&L: Maintain complete financial guardrails for assigned portfolios, ensuring maximum profitability, accurate forecasting, and strict budget alignment.
• Mitigate Risk: Proactively engineer risk-mitigation strategies to navigate supply chains and complex jobsite variables.

Technical Execution & Innovation

• Drive Lifecycle Excellence: Oversee project engineering blueprints from aggressive preconstruction bidding through to final closeout.
• Control Sensitive Environments: Manage complex logistical protocols (phasing, shutdown coordination, micro-containment) inside active, mission‑critical, or sterile environments.
• Digitise Workflows: Ensure absolute mastery of construction tech, automated scheduling software, and modern field management systems.
