Base pay range

$55.00/hr - $57.00/hr

Title: Sr. Project Manager

Location: Frisco, TX - 4 days onsite - 1 day remote

Duration: 12-month contract

Pay: $55 - 57/hr

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Cybersecurity and IT to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple platforms including Veronis and Obsidian. This role will drive project timelines, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and serve as a strategic bridge between technical teams and executive leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage one or more complex projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Drive Agile project tracking and execution using tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
  • Act as a SCRUM Master across multiple silos and platforms, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior leadership—this is not a note-taking role but a strategic liaison.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Establish and track key project metrics and KPIs.
  • Support large-scale regulatory program implementations and governance initiatives.
  • Conduct status review meetings and manage change control processes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project team members.
Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in Cybersecurity or IT environments.
  • Proven experience with large-scale regulatory or governance programs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools: Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Project Management Certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with platforms such as Veronis and Obsidian.
  • Ability to navigate and manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and technical stakeholders.
